Each enterprise has its own formula. For slow rebound polyether, it has good opening and stability. In the production process of slow resilience polyether with good opening performance, the amount of opening agent should be less and the amount of silicone oil (stabilizer) should be more; On the contrary, if the slow rebound polyether you use is more stable or airtight, the amount of pore opening agent used in the production process will be more, and the amount of silicone oil will be slightly reduced.

How to determine the addition amount of pore opening agent and silicone oil? In the polyurethane industry, due to the difference between the slow rebound sponge and other sponges, for example, no matter how many manufacturers of ordinary cotton high rebound sponge, their production formulas can be said to be much the same, or even basically the same, while the slow rebound sponge and its formula are different and ever-changing, so it is impossible to determine the amount of pore opening agent and silicone oil through the model, but no matter how the basic principles are, no matter how the changes are, as long as the rules are mastered, It's easy to operate. No matter how dense the slow rebound sponge is and how much the pore opening agent is used, as long as the sponge can see a small amount of gas released from the surface after the reaction is completed. However, the bubble must not be too large. The larger the bubble, the larger the pore. This also shows two problems. First, the amount of silicone oil is insufficient, and a certain proportion of silicone oil needs to be added; If the air hole is normal after cutting the sponge, it indicates that the amount of opening agent is too high, and the amount of opening agent should be reduced.
