The amount of foam stabilizer determines the cell size of foam product structure. The larger the cell, the thinner it will be. If too much battery is used, it will shrink. To find this, too few cells will be unable to support, collapse and form. Both are catalysis.
Polyurethane (soft foam) refers to a flexible polyurethane foam with certain elasticity, and the cellular structure is mostly open foam.
Polyurethane (rigid foam) refers to the foamed plastic that does not deform significantly under a certain load and cannot be restored after deformation due to excessive load. Most of them are closed holes
Hard foam silicone oil
Hard foam silicone oil is a highly active silicon carbon bond non hydrolytic foam stabilizer, which belongs to a broad spectrum silicone oil and has excellent comprehensive performance. It is applicable to HCFC-141b and water foaming system, such as panel, solar energy, pipeline and other application fields.
Product features:
Good emulsification performance. The good emulsification property makes the composite material and isocyanate disperse and mix well in the reaction process, and has good fluidity. The foam obtained has uniform foam pores and high closed cell rate.
Good stability. The special molecular structure can well control the cell surface tension, stabilize the cell structure, and bring good mechanical properties to the product.
Soft foam silicone oil:
It is a universal siloxane surfactant for polyether flexible polyurethane foam. It is a non hydrolytic polysiloxane polyoxyethylene copolymer and a highly active stabilizer. It is used as foam stabilizer in the production of flexible polyurethane foam (sponge). It can provide a thinner sole. It has strong stability in very low density foam, and small pores and uniform density in low density foam. In the medium depth foam, it has better foam opening and permeability than similar silicone oil.
